What this program is

China Dragon Order Updates texts you about an order you placed yourself on mychinadragon.com: the confirmation with your order number and ready time, and one more when the order is ready for pickup or has gone out for delivery.

These are the only messages we send. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you sign up

At checkout, under your phone number, there is a box you can tick. This is the box, word for word:

To see it yourself: add any dish, open the order, choose Checkout, and the box is under the phone number field.

The box is unticked by default. Ticking it is optional: you can order without it and follow your order on the page that opens instead.

You can also give consent verbally or by phone when you call 843-692-2333.

What you will receive

your order number and the time it will be ready, or that it has gone out for delivery;
a message when it is ready to collect, or when it is on its way.

About two messages per order, and never more than five.

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier's standard rates for sending and receiving texts. Message frequency varies with how often you order.

How to stop, and how to get help

Stop the messages	Reply STOP to any message. You get one confirmation and then no more. Or call 843-692-2333 and we will remove your number.
Start again	Reply START, or tick the box on your next order.
Help	Reply HELP to any message, or call 843-692-2333 during opening hours.

Your number and your privacy

We use your number only to send the order updates you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing, and your consent is never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering these messages. Messages are delivered through Twilio, our text-message provider, which handles the number only to deliver the message. Full detail in our privacy policy and terms of service.
